Update-raising to 4 stars for the good customer service. Seller offered to send a replacement mirror and the new one sits perfectly in the stand, the original stand must have been warped. Still taking a star off as I think the wood could be a little better quality but overall this serves its purpose well now that it at least is straight and sits correctly.I ordered this mirror and paid more than I wanted to as it was the largest standing/tilting mirror I could find at 22 inches wide. The mirror seems very cheap; the frame I received is warped and no matter how I adjust the screws the mirror itself is not straight in the frame it’s completely crooked. On top of that, the mirror is short of the 22 inches described (it’s 21 inches) leaving the size of the mirror itself smaller than I thought. Overall a disappointment. My pictures are showing the large gap in between the left side of the mirror and the frame and how the right side is flush to the frame. It looks terrible. Don’t waste your money.
